Base cost + travel + 5% Md. Tax = Total cost
For all programs, the audience size is limited to 150 guests. If you have more than 150 guests, you must break them into smaller groups.
Why? Because when the group size gets too large, the personal, up-close, hands-on aspects that will make your group talk about it for weeks to come are lost. Smaller = more effective. |

Travel: The travel charge is calculated as follows:
For destinations up to 60 miles from Thurmont, MD, add $2.00 per mile, charged only one-way. Please call us for pricing and availability for destinations further away.
For destinations within Washington D.C. or Baltimore City limits, an additional $50 is charged to cover extra time and permits required.
