A Note from our Director:
"Last February, I was fortunate enough to accompany lifelong friend Clyde Peeling of Reptiland to Tanzania. This was truly the trip of a lifetime. I saw more animals in ten days then I have seen in my entire life combined.
There is no way that you can describe to someone what 1,000,000 living, trekking, sunning, swimming, stalking, nursing, killing, flying, feeding, drinking, sleeping, tree pushing, jumping across the road on over hanging trees animals of all sizes, shapes and behaviors feels like. |
You know what they must look like from photos and TV, but no one can say they truly understand until you have been there.
I highly recommend this adventuresome experience for anyone interested in geography, sociology or nature." Richard Hahn, Director, C.A.P. Catoctin Wildlife Preserve and Zoo
